Despite his ongoing feud with Pusha T and Kanye West, OVO leader Drake spent part of 2018 mending damaged relationships. He publicly reunited with Jay-Z, Meek Mill, and Chris Brown over the last twelve months.
Yesterday, Drake took to Instagram to tease that he and Brown could be connecting for a collaboration. This came seven years after the infamous bottle-throwing incident (supposedly over Rihanna) at a New York City club in 2012.
"2019 cook up...Aubreezy," wrote Drake in the IG photo's caption.
The 2014 ESPY Awards featured Aubrey and Breezy showing up together in a video skit, essentially ending their beef. They also appeared on Nicki Minaj's 2014 hit "Only" along with Lil Wayne. However, there appeared to be another falling out in 2015 when Brown seemed to throw shade at Drizzy.
Following the on-stage reconciliation during Drake's 2018 tour, things have the appearance of being back on a positive track. As a result, speculation of a full Drake-CB joint project has circulated the internet for months.
